Morgan Seymour Tyler, Jr. (1920-1985) was born in Three Rivers, Michigan, and attended the University of California and Santa Monica Junior College. Jay T. Robbins (b. 1919, Coolidge, Tex.-d. Mar. 3, 2001), ; jet-qualified command pilot, was appointed vice commander of the Tactical Air Command at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia in February 1970.
